I am thinking today about the women who have been my friends and support in life. I am grateful for all that they have added to my life. As I think back it was they that helped me accomplish all that I have done. There is an connection between women forged by survived violence against women, injustice, oppression and we are an important part of American Life. We have stood up to discrimination and put-downs and we have gotten back up each time we were knocked down. In truth, we started a revolution that affects men and women everywhere.
I loved this video because as we move around the world living our lives, we meet so many men and women from other cultures and religions. We all live here on this one planet. We don’t look alike, we don’t all think alike or love alike, but we are all children of the Universe. Love for the One and each other is what binds us together. Caring about all the women and men in the world who are suffering under oppression, who have not medicine for something as simple as TB or Malaria, who have to watch their children starve to death.
The language of the people of this planet is love, music, dance and creativity. This language is what gives us the courage to fight for the best in ourselves and each other.

Where have you been…vanished all weekend, and I missed you too. Did you have tickets to the super bowl or something?
No I am not rich enough for that. I missed you too. Had company Saturday and it was fun. Tired yesterday and slept all day today.
Well I am losing blogger friends left & right so I was curious if I had lost you as well. I stand up and defend things and rarely agree with stupidity so that gets me a lot of ex-blogger buddies. I was worried you had joined the list of former blogger friends.
You won’t lose me unless I die. Who are you losing and why? How long are you going to be gone?
Gone till spring…I lose folks daily because for some erroneous reason folks think they are allowed to say shit & I will not respond. Like they get to comment their stupidity and I must remain quiet. It’s a long story.
Well, they are really dissing Obama. I either ignore or just say a little. I agree with you that they are stupid. Time and history will show how stupid and wrong they are. You know Moorbey, right? Do you like him? I am hoping to go see Maggie in the spring. Maybe March. You are behind in telling me stories about your trip. So what us happening there with you?
I don’t like Moorby, he blames Barack for poor Black folks, thinks Barack should focus more on Black people, Moorby is an idiot and I don’t associate with idiots.
My trip is a plain ordinary trip to visit family that I take every winter. Nothing exciting about visiting family my dear.
Well I found his blog and we have chatted. He knows I support Obama. I think I puzzle him. What does he want Obama to do? We are having a huge snow storm started last night so it is quite cold. Part of the reason I haven’t been out. Asthma doesn’t like the cold.
He expects Barack to magically deliciously change the plight of Black Americans, how he expects that to occur…is something he has no fuckin clue about = dumbass.
Well I know that it must be difficult for him. History will show that he was a brave man working in almost impossible situation. By the way, I have read two articles calling for his impeachment. I feel very upset. Should you discuss it on your blog. He needs truth- tellers.
