Thank you for sharing this. I love Gibran. As a child my Mom’s copy of The Prophet was often my solace from a world based in social interaction that was persistently confusing and painful. I could not understand the other children or their casual cruelty but Gibran reminded me that they and I were still within the heart of God and that Love would overcome all in the end.
