Love never claims it always gives; love never suffers, never resents, and never revenges itself. Where there is love there is life; hatred leads to destruction.

You may understand being unconsciously conscious but imagine now, if you will, being consciously aware of the unconscious. Stimulating us, perhaps we stimulating it, an energy exchange is occurring. We may begin to know about this. Some of you do.
The energy exchange occurs as waves of energy that flow through us and some sort of perhaps mechanism that establishes a coherence of energy particulars. I’m not going to develop that much further. Most scientist don’t know and science can’t exactly say what happens — and there is no need anyway for my purpose here. However, today, I want to share with you a program that describes energy exchanges between people and I’ll close with some thoughts on this.

TWO MAIN STORIES RELATED TO GENETICALLY MODIFIED INSECTS AND LABELING GMOs … IN FLORIDA
UK company Oxitec has withdrawn its plans to release GM olive and fruit flies in Spain and Brazil following human and environmental health questions from government regulators in the 2 countries.
BREAKING NEWS: GM olive fly applications withdrawn in Spain & Brazil. Oxitec, creator of GM flies, is unable to provide evidence of human health and environmental safety. These same concerns apply to Oxitec’s application to release GM mosquitoes in the Florida Keys – yet the FDA doesn’t seem to care.
GeneWatch UK today welcomed the withdrawal of Oxitec’s application to release millions of genetically modified (GM) olive flies in Catalonia, Spain. The withdrawal follows requests from the Catalan and Spanish regulators for further information.
“Today’s decision shows that regulators are starting to ask important questions about the impacts of releasing GM insects on…

Cloud dandruff has made an appearance.
There were a few snow flurries this morning. Nothing major. The cold weather is here. I can’t help wishing it would snow a little more, if only so I can experience the awesomeness that is our local snowpocalypse reporting.
Portland isn’t used to snow. At all. When a few inches fall, everything grinds to a halt. Traffic slows to a crawl. Not only do schools cancel classes–churches cancel Sunday services, which is baffling to my religious midwestern friends. And our local news kicks into breaking news mode worthy of a terrorist attack.
The reporters are out in force, braving the snowflakes, wrapped in arctic explorer coats, snow pants, hats and goggles. They measure the snow with rulers, apparently never having been told that snowdrifts get blown around by the wind and so this probably isn’t the most accurate way to measure accumulation. Winter drama ensues. Cars slide off roads. Kids…

Look at this color.
We are in December, and I opened the back balcony door today, and saw the rose had opened, so I had to run and grab my camera. Well, changed lenses and filters first so as to take a macro shot.

As above,
I am singing ― Robert Fulghum, All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten. “Be aware of wonder. Remember the little seed in the Stryrofoam cup: The roots go down and the plant goes up and nobody really knows how or why, but we are all like that.”

I hope you open this in a browser so you get the full effect of the snow falling on these images. The Challenge was macro photography which I love because I can discover new worlds just by moving in close. The intimacy created with such attention give the mind and imagination a lot to play with. It Creates Wonder!
With the current technology (iPhone 4s) I was able to flip and edit it the images in minutes; something that once would have taken hours and days in the darkroom. Where do these images…

Accident or conspiracy?
We all have been talking about peace and freedom a lot. This is the energy we should not lose. It is important to build on it. The ability to forgive, to seek peace, to walk with acceptance in their hearts, and to practice reconciliation, I believe, comes from a loving relationship with The Beloved within.
Life is a constant challenge and it is changing all the time. These stresses people live with every day are growing in size. I think this is a big part of why there is so much anger and hatred. There are so many people dying violently, for many different reasons, that there is an abundance of negativity in the world. Kindness is becoming extinct. Judgement and hate are growing quickly.
We, the people who care and see what is happening need to try to steer our society in a different direction. We need to be journeying to peace and freedom. It would be wonderful if it could just be here one morning when we wake up. I so want that to happen, but it won’t. It will take effort, paying it forward, giving kindness and acceptance to the grumpiest and meanest of human beings. Why? Because the positive aspects of life are not being taught to kids and many people are just not bothering with even normal manners.
I think the change that needs to happen in our time is that people need to turn inside and connect with The One. No matter which path you walk to God/Goddess, you can’t hate or be unaccepting. We need a revolution of love. We need to know we can’t say we are spiritual beings and judge the person without a job, the person getting food stamps. We can’t say we love the Beloved, when we can’t love our brothers and sisters in the family of man. We can’t say we love God when we will say and think negatively. We can’t find the answer without having a relationship with divinity.
” You can’t find the answer in the mind. As soon as you knock at the door of the heart. The heart becomes a living receptacle, and your whole being becomes one immeasurable heart transfigured by love/ quickened by love and vibrating with the force of love. See how the answers disappear from your mind? Watch your mind scuttling itself before the immensity of the power of the heart so that you have lost all sense of it being your heart. It is no longer your heart since it has become the heart of the Divine Beloved.”
——Excerpted from Toward the One by Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan
We can change life by living in the present, by being forgiving, by being kind, chant, pray, and connect with the God inside.
Light your candle and spread the flame to everyone you know with love in your heart.
Forgiveness is one of the things Nelson Mandela taught with his life. Hugs, Barbara
