The Orlando Sentinel reports that paperwork has been filed at the Seminole County criminal courthouse setting forth that Zimmerman says he is giving up his promised fight to make the state pay his legal bills and the hearing on sanctions based on allegations that the State violated rules of discovery.

The docket sheet provides that on February 20, 2014, a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal of Any Future Hearings and All Pending Issues was filed in Zimmerman’s criminal case.

Well, I wish I had more to show you, all teasing aside . . . When I dumped out the water this morning, there was still a lot of colour in it. So I have now washed and rinsed another three times, not counting quite a while of rinsing under a running tap. (not so ecologic, I know. But if it were possible, I’d be using natural dyes and working outdoors. Then the dye disposal wouldn’t be a problem, at least not with my batch sizes.)

Aleister Crowley later sold Boleskine House and it subsequently had a series of private owners including, in the 1970s, Led Zeppelin guitarist and Crowley fanatic Jimmy Page. Visitors to the estate have reported seeing lights flashing on and off by themselves, windows shattering and a chair which belonged to Crowley moving on its own. In 1960 the then owner of the house, Major Edward Grant, shot himself in the bedroom which had been used by Crowley for some of his satanic rituals. Even today the property retains a slightly sinister atmosphere. To many modern occultists the geographical and spiritual significance of Boleskine remains extremely important. In fact, practitioners of Thelema, Crowley’s religious philosophy, are still instructed to ‘turn and face Boleskine’ when conducting certain magical ceremonies.

Bok Tower Gardens (also known as Bok Mountain Lake Sanctuary and Singing Tower) is a botanical garden and bird sanctuary, located north of Lake Wales, Florida, United States.

It consists of a 250-acre (100 ha) garden, the 205-foot (62 m) tall Singing Tower with its carillon bells, Pine Ridge Trail, Pinewood Estate, and a visitor center. The tower is built upon Iron Mountain, one of the highest points of peninsular Florida, estimated to be 295 feet (90 m) above sea level. 

It is a National Historic Landmark that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Bok Tower Gardens is open daily and an admission fee is charged.
