Some people inspire me no end.

Muriel Mason is one of them.

Muriel has been painting since childhood.

“Actually, for as long as I can remember,” she says.

She’s self-taught.

Born and raised in England, Muriel taught physical education and anatomy at a high school. She and her husband Michael, a professor of English, moved to Zimbabwe, then Canada, with their two sons in 1966. They live in a village east of Toronto.

How to Reinduce DMT Mystical Experiences

Very good article.

Quentin Williams's avatarSaint Harriet Equation

Disclaimer: Mystical experiences are not to be taken lightly. These are not recreational indulgences. A previously established serious meditative practice will render the below suggestions most effective.

The reason why this system works is because the naturally occurring DMT chemical, popularly believed to be manufactured within our pineal gland (or third eye), is at its greatest levels of concentration during sleep. By interrupting the sleep cycle during its height, we are capitalizing on this natural abundance of the spirit molecule. Additionally, many ancient cultures and indigenous people maintain the belief that the veil between this world and the spirit world is at its thinnest between the hours of 3am-4am.

This method of meditation will be most effective for those who consistently practice detachment and mindfulness in their daily lives, have instituted a daily practice of meditation, and last but not least, have had a mystical experience before. I cannot emphasize more…

This is the Reality of War

Making kindness

Making kindness

Why do we have so many wars? People don’t want them. Governments and immoral officials who start wars for energy, land, oil, genocide, and  power and control, they want wars. Who pays for the wars? The people, the global 98% of the world pay with our taxes and our lives. Disease and even HIV/AIDS and cancer together don’t kill as many people as war does. Here in America, it is also the mass shootings.  People pay the price for all of the wars through history. History always repeats itself and we never really learn. We become shocked for a while and then the pace of life distracts us. And we forget about war until the next time.

Children are being murdered every day in wars around the world. If children are so important, then why? Why put them in danger? Do we really care about children? In some countries, human trafficking provides children who are forced to be soldiers. Young children, four or five and older, are sold to countries at war and the innocent children are taught to kill. They learn how to operate sophisticated arms and they kill. They have no innocence left. This is so immoral and unethical.

Right now, The Netherlands victims of MH 17 are being returned to their countries of origin. Eighty children have died in just this one incident. Three infants were lost also. All of the potential of these doomed lives is gone. Perhaps the cure for Cancer. Perhaps the most beautiful music ever written. Perhaps the best humanitarian ever to help to make the world a better place. The hearts of their families are shattered. We will probably never know how these people will survive their grief. But they will be grieving. They will live with the hole in their hearts. We need to pray for the families and friends of all of the victims.

I believe that all evidence should be handed over to the court at The Hague. These are crimes against humanity. They must be punished and I believe the International court at the Hague is the place to bring those responsible to justice.

REST IN PEACE. THE WORLD CRIES AT YOUR DEATH. May you ever be held in the arms of the angels. Namaste.

We are one.

We are one.

Who Wants War?

Many People have wanted peace for millenniums. Artists of every different types of media have to ability to see and feel the importance of peace. Many have written affirmations. Composed song lyrics, written poems.  Artists paint for peace and sketch for peace. Artists need to rise up and make your voices heard. Not in a violent way, but loud enough to shake the rafters.

Remember

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

I slumbered in deep wells near the sea, lulled by the steady crash of waves;

Surrounded by darkness and silence;

Sometimes the tides pulled me to life, towards surface;

Sunlight sparkling off shale and polished sand;

The moon overhead covered me in silver, the nights chill deepened my slumbering heart;

The glitter of stars against a night sky sent me back into my well;

I wrapped my mantle across my shoulders and against the chill;

My victorious, imprinted on skin the monsters chained outside;

My warrior princess fierce in her guardianship of my heart.

Then you reached down and whispered, remember Cara;

Love awaits, roll away the stones piled high and remember;

I said no, sputtered, then silent then yes.

How did you do that to my shattered self with just remember.

Then you said laugh, I adore you and I believed never questioning.

You asked, will you know and…
