I was dogged by depression for years spending hundreds of dollars on doctors, therapists and pills. I read about SAD and researched the lights on the market and this company was THE BEST. I bought their largest light that you see in this image – the guy’s name is Neal, he owns the company and gives excellent warranties and guarantees. Within one week, my depression was gone. Because I am disabled and the parts of the house where I spend my time does not get direct sunlight, I was not getting the sunshine I needed. The Sunbox or light box is not a “sun lamp” like you would use to get a suntan. If you know of anyone who has a stubborn case of depression then this may help.
I may look into this. Thank you my friend. Hugs, Barbara
