Sorry friends I couldn’t write a blog for another extra week (after Out of Office-2) as I had mild conjunctivitis. This time I haven’t forgotten, the answer to the question of the week is:

So, today’s prehistoric animal is not a dinosaur….. It is… Quetzalcoatlus!!! 

The name Quetzalcoatlus means “Allusion to the serpent god Quetzalcoatl”.  It lived about 80-65 million years ago in the Late Cretaceous Period. Quetzalcoatlus was the largest known flying creature of all time with a wingspan up to 10 metres. It weighed about 100kgs. Its habitat is Inlands, near rivers and lakes.
