I campaigned for JFK in high school, passing out pamphlets and talking to people about the importance of getting to the polls and voting. I have always admired this man. He wasn’t perfect but he was a great leader and he understood how to get things done. Because of our government shutdown, I thought it was a good time to interrupt my blogs about Domestic Violence and allow President Kennedy to say what he told the American people years ago. I hope you will listen with your hearts and not just your ears.
