The Boys of Summer

Well, I do live in Cleveland and we do have the Indians. I love baseball and it is summer. Here in Cleveland we also have the minor league team. It is the Lake Erie Crushers. I have taken grands before but this time a group of my girlfriends and I went. It wasn’t the best game they have ever played but the pitching was tight. So I took a few photos to share with you. It was a great night. Not a cloud in the sky. The sky was a deep shade of robin egg blue. It was a warm evening warm without humidity.

Morning From My Garden

It is Saturday morning and it is tropical outside. The flowers are fragrant and exploding with color. I love summer nights when you can go outside and it is just you and the night sky. The stars have been my friends since I was a child and I love to go out and breathe deeply and feast my eyes on the firmament. I like to remember that I am star dust and it always make me feel so amazing. It makes me feel so alive and connected. At some time, long after we are all gone, the will be star ships up there and humans will meet other species. Our thoughts will still be traveling out there in space. The Universe will always carry the imprint of our lives and what we accomplish during our brief time here. Try going out and watching our little part of the Universe.
