I actually eat artichokes often. Sometimes stuffed and sometimes boiled and then take each leaf off and dip the soft end in melted butter and savor. When I am done with the leaves, I cut away the choke (don’t eat it ) and then you have the heart which is like manna from heaven. It is nice to get to know you a little better. Hugs, Barbara
thanks for saying that – and I agree – I think we have a connection and I like getting to know you better – and thanks for the tips on the artichokes – and now I think I am going to make some for Thanksgiving this year – I will keep you posted…..
