Our Rebel is still recovering from her procedure on Tuesday.
Every day is a little better, but she’s still very tired.
She misses you all, though, and will back to you soon!

My mom and stepdad, in the throes of drunkenness, would often hit me and my oldest sister. Just the two of us, though. None of the other five kids.
However, when my youngest sister grew up, she married a New Orleans police officer who used to hit her every day. Bruises everywhere. She went through that for seven years until I convinced her that divorce was far better than abuse.
