I have twin grandsons. They are identical twins. They always ” talked to each other” . When they were about six I made a DVD of pictures of them over the years. I started with infancy and went to the presets…six years old. I was there when they watched the DVD. I was amazed that they could not tell themselves apart. They asked their dad and myself which was which. Twins are so interesting.
The language of babies
knows no borders, races,
or cultural separations.
Their hearts are open and
pure until we teach them
our prejudices and fears.
Dear Lord, may I again see
with the eyes of wonder
the beautiful world
you have given us.
