Quest for the BEST – Fajitas – Nuevo Laredo Cantina
Nuevo Laredo Cantina has long been an Atlanta Favorite Mexican Restaurant. There usually is a long wait line out of the door. Today, there was plenty of parking and I walked in and was seated immediately. They have one of my favorite salsas.
Onto the fajitas, they didn’t sizzle but they were great. 
They are seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The rice is definitely the best I have ever had. They are also the most expensive so far. – $18.95. It was a lot of food, but not any more than I have gotten for a lot less. So far, I would say these are the BEST I have had. I will continue my quest and report back to you!

Maputo – Poachers slaughtered 22 elephants in Mozambique in the first two weeks of September, environmentalists said on Monday, warning of killing for ivory by organised syndicates was being carried out on an “industrialised” scale. Citing data from the southeast African nation’s largest game reserve, Niassa, an advisor to the World Conservation So…ciety (WCS), Carlos Pareira, said “in the first two weeks of September alone we counted 22 elephants that had been killed.” He was speaking at a meeting of Mozambican officials, law enforcement agents and diplomats in the capital, Maputo.
